Went to the beach today and found a few goodies, some clad and jewelry. The gold ring looks like a high school ring but doesn't have a mascot or school name except for LGA. The crest on top of the ring looks like a spartan with a shield but the ring is badly worn, it's from 1968. The only LGA I could find was LaGuardia HS in New York? The spider ring looks like SS and the earring is .925. Enjoyed the hunt, thanks for looking. HH
 
John, there appears to be a fraternity on one side of the ring. That would be your best bet on finding the person. Also, there looks like a space between the L and GA so it's possible that the GA is Georgia. Nice finds btw.
 
Those are some nice items...That ring looks like it went through the tumbler...I would think Georgia too..L GA..good luck in your search...HH
