I got up with my buddy today and hit some school yards nearby.
I managed a 1940 merc. dime and dug one hole that had 4 pennies in it, but only one was a wheat dated 1958.
The other 3 were memorial pennies dated 1961, 1963, and 1964.
Pictured are my finds and my buddy did about the same as far as coin count.
He also found a silver ring and a couple tokens and some foreign coins.
While hunting under some bleachers, I spotted an envelope with a $1.00 bill sticking out of it.
When I check the inside, I found an expired drivers license and a total of $3.00 in it along with a receipt.
I'll contact the owner tomorrow.
Thanks for looking,
Felix

Congrats on the silver and wheat! nice clad count also. I hope you can contact the owner of the DL, Beale.

Nice hunt, and hats off to your honesty. This is how a positive message gets out to the public about our hobby, maybe returning it will score you another hunt site!

Great job and WTG on returning the private stuff.
