after setting some mole traps , I decided to start detecting in front of the 1940 house along the old white pines, got some nails and old crumbled cans, -glad I had the magnet it got every last crumb of metal , found a nice brass buckle and I got a good hit but I knew it was Iron turned out to be an old hook of some kind stihl in good shape then I got a signal and on my way down to it I entersected a bottle , I was thinking this is it a jar of coins but no it was an old bleach bottle I took it home to try and find the exact date it was made and with some help found out it was made in 1944 the 4. to the right of the diamond is the date 1944 and this mark was used from 1929 to 1954 so it was the war years and dad was gone to war and left mom with all the chores and i think she was looking for some way to get more done with less time and this catchy fraze SAVADAY got her attention well the war ended and dad came home , and was glad to be home he had been so dirty in those years , weeks without a shower craping his pants under fire he was always full of dirt and in a dirty situation but now he was home and mom had some nice clean clothes for him and he took a shower and smelled good again , and they lived many good years after that and lost a few coins in the front yard when they lay down together for the 1st time after the war in the bright sunshine in a clean blanket thanks to savaday cleaner and disinfectant , by the way that day they also conceved a child who had some wise and noble parents the end

One time me and a freind wher digging out an old frame of a model T and in the trunk earea was an old wash tub, we both looked at each other and pulled on the handle out it came and guess what it was full of ??? blob beer bottles from the 1890,s 1900,s and some nice ones at that you might say we found a chach most in exelent condition , we figure some cleaning was going on and they just gathered them all up from the barns and buried them in the late 1930,s you just never know what in with the junk, - another time I was digging a 30,s dump and i had a bottle so to make fun i started showing how not to dig , I was scraping it and chipping it with the shovle and pryed it out with the shovle and to my amazment up pops a beutifull gleuk brewing blob top that was in mint condition befor i played my game with it , it was ruiend I lerend a lesson that day dont assume because its a newer dump sumthing old cant be in it
