Me thinks de park next dor is 'bout hunted out My finds today are really weird. 5 zink pennies, what used to be a tractor 'Match-Box' toy, a piece of copper pipe, a washer (which I thought was a ring at first glance), another brass dingy, a brass model piece that looks like it held miniature gun parts, and a leaf for good measure. Oh ... and a lot of junk. I'm beginning to think that park used to be a landfill at some point. All the junk digs were odd pieces of metal scrap and it's like that all over the park. One of the park guys did tell me they used a lot of fill to form the park. Oh well ... it was nice getting out to enjoy the beauty of the day

you got your share today. One time I was doing a park that had junk like yours and I popped up an old token , about 100 years old. I eventually sold it to a collector for 80 bux. one never knows ! Steve in so la

Congrats for being able to get out and cleaning out the park.....Never know though where the fill dirt came from and what could be found in it! Ma
