Hunted a new site today. It is a very old home, maybe 95 years old. Found my third Merc and third silver so far. Also found what I believe to be an old buckle and what I think is an old Army button. If anybody has any knowledge of either let me know. I do not know if you can make out the date on the Merc but it is a 1917 with an s mint mark. Used the Ace 250. I got in some fire ants that pissed me off so we cut it a little short. Going back tomorrow. Thanks for looking and any info on the button or the buckle would be great. The Merc is also our oldest coin so far.
