Todays Explorer SE Beach Haul

Got out early today and hit the beach at low tide. Not to much happening there, so I opted to hunt the towel line. That is when things started to pick up pretty good. The locals that were hunting the wet sand all had left, but I hung in and made a few good finds. My coin count was not bad either for a three hour hunt. Total coin count was 62 for $8.77. The bracelet was made in Italy. Till next time, happy hunting, John

I over slept and missed the low tide. Getting up at 6:30 with the crowds today finished me, darn it. I'll bet Santa Monica had a load of good stuff. Should be plenty tomorrow, too, for those lucky enough not to be stuck at work in the AM.

Thanks for sharing your finds.

Nice total John! I've hunted dry sand with my SE quite a bit. It does well there.

I just got an Excalibur 3 weeks before my recent trip to Virgina Beach. I'm glad I did because now I don't worry about get to close to water. It's opened up a lot more productive hunting for me. I found 7 rings with the Excal in my first 3 weeks!
