Today's digs

I hit an old church today - dug 34 coins. 2 Wheats - cannot tell the date of one but the other is 1941. The nickel is silver, 1945, the ring is sterling. The button with anchor is in great shape. I looked online and it seems to be off a Navy pea jacket from the 1960's. It says "canal de vieux" on it. The lower item is an old lipstick case.

Here's the goods close up. Ring is in great shape.

Cool button. Is that a Kiddie Gems ring?

Don't know wha tKidde Gems is but there's a lot of writing inside the band. Sterling is clear but the rest id hard to make out. Steve

Kids silver rings that were from the 50 - 60's I believe. I found a few of them. Most have a colored birth stone. They also say Kiddie Gems inside.

Indeed some nice finds Steve! Congrats! The ring looks a lot like the one I dug from the park next door to my apartment complex. I love finding nickles! Cool looking button too. :)
