With all presents bought & wrapped I decided to go out for a few hours this morning. Dug 80 coins, 1 gold item, 1 token, bunch of screw driver bits, lots of junk jewelry.

The pearl ear ring sure looked like gold but testing it at home showed it not to be. The Catholic pendant on the top right is 10 K. The angel announcing the birth of Jesus was most appropriate for today !

And finally, I dug the world's smallest cent. All copper and stamped exactly like the normal one front & back.
