Todays cornfield finds

Dale and I hit the old cornfield again today. We really weren't expecting much but our Explorers came through once again. I found 2 BIG 69 cal. minnies. I think they are Belgium made. Found another Gardner, a spencer and a couple round balls. Also found some other odds and ends. We just cant believe that this small cornfield area keeps on giving up the relics. In 7 hunts we have dug around 100 bullets.

Man I like your 69s ,I dug one 76 cal Tower in a old cornfield last week,the only thing I dug in 4 hours and I really enjoy seeing the big ones.Can you just think being shot with something that big! HH , George
