Hit the same beach as yesterday for another 4 hours. Hit the dry sand first but didn't find much. Took the DFX out into the water about knee deep. Pulled the 10K CZ ring first then the 10K dolphin ring second. The dolphin ring has 2 small stones, not sure what they are. Does anyone know what the markings in that ring mean? I've looked on the internet a little for a site that might explain all the different markings but have not found anything useful yet. Also found $1.35 in clad, a junk ear ring and part of a .925 necklace. Can't wait to get the Excalibur so I can hit some deeper water.

The one on the left is 10K gold and the "CZ" means the stone is a Cubic Zirconia(fake diamond) :( The letters ahead of the numbers on the other ring are probably the manufacturer and it is also a 10K gold ring.

Nice finds!!!!

Looks like you hit the jackpot! I also have a DFX (and Excalibur).
The DFX coil wants to float to the top. Pretty though keeping down there.
You'll be alot happier with the Excalibur. The Excalibur runs alot
deeper than the DFX in wet salty sand.

Hi Gary
It is probably the makers mark I found another ring with the same mark here is a link to the page it is about twenty rings down. Nice stuff man!
