Well just starten using my xterra 305 again and man does it bring suprizes. I was at a local Park i go to sometimes and was hiting a few signals. Got a few dimes and one nickel. Then i hit a 36 wich i thought might be a dime again and hit the ground a bit with my digger and noticed a big Coin like the size of a silver dollar. After looking at it it says pancho villa guess its some sort of mexican coin. It does says 99 percent silver on it. This little xterra 305 likes coin variety great little machine. Im runen the 18.75klhz 9inch Minelab concentric coil

Wow, thats got to be a memerable one.
Nice score. How deep?

Thanks guys strangley enough it was pretty much laying on the ground a bit covered by grass when it rang a 36 on the id i thought it was a dime because of the numeric. Its the first big silver coin ive found because here in california the walkers and franklins are absent. The xterra 305 has a nose for coin varietys

Congrats on the very nice silver find. I'm a little surprised at the low ID#. I would of thought that it would ID at #44 or a overload signal since it was on top of the ground. I wonder if it's because of the 18.75 kHz coil.
