Today was a good coin day

I took my girls to the grade school playground, the high school football field is in the same area, I found a way into the gate that is around the field and detected around the bleachers and in front of the consession stand, I found $2.37, I took a photo but it turned out to be to big to attatch. Hey I was wondering, I always check the dates on the coins I find, how can I know which ones might be worth something?

Glad to hear that all your efforts are finally paying off!! Sounds like a good coin day to me for sure!

You can use most image editing software to resample or resize your images for attaching. Someone else mentioned uploading them to photobucket or someplace like it.

Congrats on the great day!
look here prices
This seems like a nice price guide but is there a guide to tell you how to read it? I don't know alot about coins so I don't understand what I'm looking at.

You can buy the Hand book of United States Cions for about $10.

Probably a better book is the Red Book.
