Today is Hank's birthday; I treated him to dinner at a Polish Restaurant in "New "Britszky", CT

We each ordered the "Polish Special" : a plate consisting of : golumbki ( pigs in a blanket) ; bigos ( hunter's stew); pieroghi ( dumplings with various fillings); kielbasi ( polish sausage) & placzki ( potato pancakes)...followed by pazcki( jelly filled donuts) and coffee for dessert.

Then we rolled home....couldn't stand up after that meal!!
