Can't comment on the game (never been a sports fan, lol...bad knees as a kid removed the interest), but congrats on the finds. Looks like you're doing fine on the pics too. Brass piece standing-up looks to be the stem from a "recreational" pipe, (if it's hollow and the bottom end is threaded).
