TODAY FINDS NEED SOME INFO???

WENT FOR A SHORT HUNT TODAY. MY BUDDY FOUND A PERFECT EAGLE CUFF BUTTON AND SIX BULLETS. I FOUND THIS ANY IDEA WHAT THE BUCKLE THING IS AND THE BULETS ARE DIFFERNT THEN WE HAVE FOUND IN THE PAST THEY ARE SOLID ON THE END ANY IDEA ON THEM.
