Same setup but set BC at 5, still doesn’t reject them all. Found my 2nd dollar coin plus a paper dollar I spotted near a pocket spill by a tree that was all new money. Won’t have to clean that😊. Found a silver butterfly ring & just another el cheap o ring. Oh well, made gas money this time. Thanks for lookin.

If i am coin shooting in a park i dig nickle range and then 87 and up and i never dig bottlecaps.they tend to fall from 80-86 from what i’ve seen.
Makes me wonder though about using numbers as i can never trust them to be accurate enough. Seen jewelry fall anywhere from 7-90. Been trying to figure out how someone knows for example the 80-86 was not jewelry or anything
Even if just coin shooting are you intentionally skipping any chance of jewelry also. Still trying to wrap my head around the whole numbers thing. I understand its more for coin shooting as that is not what i do
The Deus is definitely a tones machine, numbers not so sure

The deus 2 is way more than a tone machine. The id is very accurate. If i go to a park it’s usually after work for a few hours.I wanna dig as little trash as possible.using id i can dig only coins maybe an oddball here and there.I like old coins,i’m not looking for jewelry unless i find some digging for nickles

Problem for me no old coins around here so i really no choice but to look for other things like jewelry or relics and get what little clad happens to come from hunting everything else.
I don’t know that numbers would help me alot i keep trying to warm up to the idea of determining what to dig by numbers but just aint happening yet lol

i totally get it.jewelry is a totally different ballgame.too many variations to dig reliably by numbers.

Thanks for the response. If I remember correctly the ring read up at 95. The dollar coins a firm 96. The fast program is a pitch audio program so screams high pitch at most everything. So it’s best to use the WS6 and wear the wrist holder with the tid on the under
side to easily flip up using the large number to see the tid for decision to gig or not. I don’t dig bottle caps much cause most read 79/80/81 foil 31-34 sometimes larger foil in the 40’s. Unlike deus1 where a lot of bottle caps mimic quarters 93-95 depending on depth.
And yes too Digdog that is the same ring as I found.
