I don't know if you seen the post that should not be on here today. I'am sorry if you did. This was not against any of you. He was after me. He has done this on another forum. Thanks to the Guv for taking them off as fast as he did. You should not see anything like that on here. I know the Guv will try to block them but they may get back in. For that reason. I will be willing to stop posting on here so they will not post on here. I will ask you to let me know. I will do what you think. Once again sorry for the problem.

First, you did the right thing - you said you would pray for him. Who could fault you for that?

You did not get upset and return his name calling but instead stayed stedfast in your faith. Nothing wrong with that either.

At first I was upset and mentioned it to Sherry. She said 'he is persecuting Christians'. I didn't have time to write anything last night as I had to go to work - probably a good thing I had time to think this over at work and even used it to help strenghten another known Christian at work and to let those of the world hear what I had to say.


I mentioned to my Sister in Christ that I belong to this Christian Metal Detecting group and she said yeah you mentioned that before. Then I mentioned how this 'individual' started hurling profanities and trying to cut down one of the group (you Jeff). She thought that was a horrible thing. I said that you would pray for him and then I had to laugh. Not at the fact of what you said or did but what this wordly guy did not know.

First I told her this guy came to the wrong place to persecute Christians. We have God's ear. Why would a sane man attack someone who walks and talks with God? Not a wise choice. And, to persecute Christians isn't an issue. Remember what Saul (Paul) was asked of God on the road to Damascus? "Why do you persecute ME". That is even more than persecuting us - God takes it personally. Again why go where you not only try to stir up people of God but stir up God as well? Still not a wise move.

My chuckle earlier was to think of this worldly guy as someone so much like Saul (Paul). We know where that went. He wound up repenting and then was sent out to serve the very God he persecuted.

So I am going to pray with you for his salvation and his repentence and that God will mightily use this person to serve the very God he has been persecuting. Do I hear an Amen? I pray this in Jesus blessed and holy name. Amen and Amen.

Actually I never saw the post and hope I never will if it's as bad as you say. Satan would love to see this forum turn to ugly. But God is the victor no matter what.

God is after this sinner guy or gal and he or she cannot run far enough or hide well enough to escape salvation....just like Saul (Paul) the more sinful they are the harder they will fall when Jesus gets them! Someone will be so thankful when it happens and will wish it happened sooner, the way all Christians do after they believe and are truly saved!
