titanium ring and discrimination range?

Hank68

Well-known member
I'm not sure if titanium rings are on the low end or the high end of my discrimination range? Thanks

I've found two titanium rings, the large one in photo that was found with a non-metered detector but ID's as a nickel on the meters of four different detectors we checked it with, and a smaller one that was in the foil range. The band on the large ring is 3/8 inches wide and it's large enough in diameter a nickel will go through it.

Thanks for the info that answered my question, keep it swinging!:detecting:
