Tip on the learning curve: Hair Barrettes vs. AT PRO

I run my AT PRO wide open, no holds barred, PRO MODE ZERO, maxed out on sensitivity, no discrimination, with headphones. At least once a day I sense the machine tense up, it wants to tell me that there is something under the coil, but gets tongue tied, and just can't spit it out. No VID number, no nothing other than that 6th sense telling you something's got a strangle hold on the PRO...take out your ProPointer and sweep the ground.......it will start buzzing like a rattlesnake in heat, on rare occasion it's a very shallow piece of rust.......but 90% of the time it is a.........hair barrette, :veryangry: ought to be a law thay have to be made out of plastic

When you get to the point where you tell the detector what is underneath the coil, not the other way around, then you have conquered your machine.:surrender: EXCELLENT!:beers:
