Tip for finding new spots to hunt -

A while back I stopped at an estate sale that was at an old house. I asked the owner when he was going to vacate the house , he told me, I asked if he minded if I detected the front yard before the new owners moved in, he said no problem as he legally owned the house for 2-3 days after he was gone.
