Time Ranger connector?

I recently bought a Bounty Hunter Time ranger and of course I modded it.

People have been complaining about the poor visibility and I raised the box in a way that one could see the display better.

I also wanted to see what was inside the box and there was a "motherboard" version 4 inside.

There is this 5 or six pin connector just behind the faceplate, I was wondering what these pins do? What kind of data goes there?
