Well I have been reading and listening to all the hype about the Pro Pointer..I watched a few videos today and said HHHMMMM....Then went out to hunt..Well I found myself rooting around as long if not longer than I scan....enlarging some holes etc.You guys know the drill........AND I'm placing my order RIGHT NOW.LOL..I'm new to this.I have a 350........a 4.5 sniper coil and if I add the pointer thats all I need to give me the best chance at enjoyment and enhance my chances of success.I never planned on going at this half *****....Also picked up my 3 lb rock tumbler today at Harbor Freight.Wow what a cool store......Got my second batch of coins tumbling right now...In case anyone wants one of those tumblers be aware that it does NOT come with rocks.grit or what ever they suggest......Thanks to a fish tank I have a lot of spare gravel that works just GREAT ..........Thanks for the advice of the tumbler

You will not want to leave home with out your Pro pointer. It will surprise you how much time it saves.

Yes the Pin Pointer is a time saver. YOU were at Harbor Freight???( It's I beautiful store!!) The one near parkville? Man you were in my territory. LOL Should have come up on a warmer day we could have hit a park in this area.

Oh yeah. The Propointer is worth every penny. Which you can locate easier with it. I have a Harbor Freight single drum rock tumbler and was unable to find a replacement belt when the original belt broke. So I used a regular rubber band(1/4" wide) on it and it works just fine.

Yeah you'll soon discover you can't leave home without that pinpointer. It is a real necessity once you use it. Congrats on the tumbler. Everybody and their dog has a HF tumbler. HF is the big boy's toy store with lots of nifty toys to chose from. I hit them every time they have a sale.

Yeah I've posted several times about those rubber bands. They work great, cheaper than dirt, last longer than those cheapo belts that come with the tumbler.

It is the best accessory you can have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once you start using the Pro pointer, you can leave your digger in your bag and just use your screwdriver to "POP" those targets out of the ground and saving a lot of time to even dig more targets.

Using a Pro Pointer just makes a lot of sense:thumbup:

The Pro-pointer really is priceless...

On my last detector I had an in-line probe. It wasn't as good as it was advertised to be. This little Garrett probe ( I played with one at the hobby shop) is way more accurate and easier to use. That in-line thing was tough to use for me. I am planning on buying one ASAP.:super:

OMG! I just felt my wallet get skinnier! I think I gonna buy that probe today.... I'll have all the gear before I have the detector:crylol:

Ordered it Saturday..I had to make sure it was not going to pinch my wallet to tight..............I made it work....Just in time for a slight warm it here by Thurs.......Here in Balto things are frozen ROCK SOLID........I am not even going out and I had been....Thats just crazy to me............I'll wait for a warm up and the pointer.

Also my Tumbler came with 5 replacement belts....Item # 67631 at Harbor Freight........Maybe they got some complaints about that.....That thing does a great job.......Dave
