Hek I learned more on the faq than the vid I got. I really like using it and have reread several portions several times. Thanks so much for the info, Beale.
 
Thanks for taking your time to contribute to the FAQ part of this forum. The information from this portion is invaluable. Good people + a ton of time and experience + a great machine = Great find and friends. Thank you Digger, Barnacle Bill and others for all you have selfishly offered to this forum.
 
fewer X-Terra machines and coils for sale lately on the forum classifieds and on E-Bay. I check these sites daily to possibly snag a good price on a coil for my detectors, which I have done in the past. I wonder if the FAQ section may be responsible for having detectorists hang on to their detector as it certainly shortens the learning curve. Also it, and this forum, certainly press home the point of the greater flexibility of the machine with all the various coils, perhaps extending the length of time one would use this detector before deciding it was or was not a keeper machine. We all know it most certainly is a keeper. Thanks for all the info.
