Tigershark hits gold and Deleon hits silver

I got out today and went to the lake again since our season is rapidly coming to a close up here. The Tigershark did itself proud as usual pulling in lots of clad and jewelry plus of course a very full bag of junk targets. (when I'm in a lake I dig it all). I bumped into a newbie with a Garrett who was digging targets in the shallows with a spade. Nice fellow with a lot of questions, I was glad to see he got a small silver ring.

After the water hunt I hit the local park to use the ahhh.... facilities, then dug out the Deleon and did a quick 30 minute land hunt which netted me some more clad, an older penny and a nice silver quarter that I gouged with my digger.....dang!

Here's the loot,

Nice digs Scott,

that's a cool looking ring.

The way they talk about the Tiger Shark sounds like the way the Eldorado

hunts out the finds.

Nice of you to help the nue-bee out.:)

Thanks for sharing,

Tabdog

Hey Scott very good hunt! Gold and silver are always nice to find! I really like the ring, good work, Beale.

Nice finds!! What is the 1967 silver Coin? Quarters 1964 and older are silver - is it something else? Thanks for sharing your great finds with us.

Coinshooter, I'm in Canada. Our coins were silver up to 1967 and a few were 50% silver in 1968.
:)
