Tiger Shark

Anyone here using the Tesoro Tiger Shark for fresh water hunting? How would you rate it's performance in the water and in soil with moderate mineralization? I am currently using a Lobo ST hunting freshwater lake areas - land and water (wading). I am thinking about getting a detector that I don't have to be concerned with dunking the control box in the water.

The tiger shark is excellent in fresh water,I have used it in Indiana where I live and found coins and relics, you have to learn it,s sounds and you can get a good feel for targets.i traded mine recently to get a detector for my son,but never had a problem with it built very well.

I used it today in water for the first time and I absolutely love it, easy to ground balance plus I mounted it on my belt and I swung like a breeze, it is built like a tank! Tigerhank68
