I just got an email from Tesoro confirming that they are temporarily out of production and they do not have a scheduled date to be back in distribution. There are none around the Dallas area I'm told.

The vendor for the waterproof connectors decided to stop making the ones Tesoro used/uses. No reason...Just stopped making them. Tesoro sought replacements from other vendors and thought they had a deal going. The vendor sent some samples and they tested out fine. Then they sent the first order and they were totally different than the sample. Back to square one.
Every time I have called there everyone has been right up front about exactly what the issue is. As soon as they get and test the replacement connectors successfully, they'll start production again. The last best guess from them was late August.
ToniSteve..I hounded the classifieds and jumped on the first one I saw. Used it today. Peek at the Beach and water forum and you'll see my finds.

Looks like the Tiger works great! Have you done any comparisons to the Excal? Toni (daughter) and I have got to get over there and chew some fat with you. We found our first gold ring Saturday, 10K with diamonds and rubies. I checked out those super stretchy wet suits at DD on Westlake. The guys at DD are great I was drawn to the hookah setups! Oh no, going into my second childhood!
