Tiger Lilies in the Rain

Well-known member
I'm sorry, but I really wanted to show the flowers again. It had been raining most of the day. I used my Nikon DSLR.

Speaking of rain, we're getting hit hard from Bill and we're in Central Illinois. :surrender:

Maybe they will have some in a container that I can place on our patio deck. Flowers are new to me, always had crop plants in the past that always produced something to eat. Kinda funny, but I am learning new, interesting things on this forum that is not related to photography, so many good, interesting folks posting on this Forum. Kelley (Texas) :)

Thank you Kelley and Dave. I was hoping I wouldn't get kicked off the forum for posting another Tiger Lily picture. :surrender:

Kelley, The Tiger Lilies are easy to grow and they double-triple themselves each year. I can't wait till my pink and burgundy Tiger Lilies bloom. They should be opening up pretty soon.

it encourages others to post flower pictures. Your pictures have influenced me to the point that I am going to purchase a few Tiger Lilly plants, hopefully this weekend. It will be neat seeing them growing, and will give me something to photograph too! Kelley (Texas) :)

Awww, you're so sweet. Thank you. If you get some this weekend, you'll have to share some pictures with us.

They look great Nancy and are growing and thriving good . Please post us some pictures of your whole flower gardens from a distance and close up so we can see where and how you have them planted . If you don't want to post them here just e-mail them to me . I want to send your pictures on to my lady friend that got me interested in the Lilies she is like me and can't do all the outside gardening she use too . Your doing good with the flowers and can't wait to see the new ones coming on .

Oh Harold, I will do that. It might take me a bit for it's getting pretty cloudy as I type. I'll Email them to you. Have you been able to save the ones on here to show your friend? IF not, I'll Email them to you also. Thanks for your kind words. You're the reason for all this beauty! :cheekkiss:
