Simple question, will a Silver U-max detect titanium? A friend of my sons father lost a titanium watch and is looking for an inexpensive machine to find it.

Thanks Larzam, I have since found out how his father lost the watch and why he wants to find it so badly. I found out that his father was in a plane crash and was killed, his son wanted the watch for a momento. He has found the clasp and part of the band with his eyes but a eye search failed to recover the watch so he asked me to suggest a reasonably priced detector that would detect titanium, I figured that just about anything above a cheap chinese detector would but I sure didn't want to be the one to give him bad info under the circumstances. I did end up suggesting the Silver and I sure hope he finds it.Again thanks for the reply.

Yes it will!

I do believe I posted a pic of the Ti ring I found with mine...

Yes!
