Out for my normal Thursday hunt. Had three sites in mind. If site one turned out bad then onto two and so on. Site one was amazing. I had been there before but not in this particular area. The oldest area of the park. Early target was the bronze pendant with an eagle (soaring bid) on one side and a lion on the other. Larger than a quarter. It's cord was partially attached and it kept pulling the pendant back into the hole. Later came the silver 1945 quarter and the 1941 dime locate about 2 feet apart. I did dig them back to back. I really did a thorough job of this area as any of you would have. No more silver. Tons of clad all day long. Had to notch below penny in one really trashy area. It was over half the hunt. Only one nickel but I did dig about 25 pop tops so I probably would have found gold had I passed over it. The area near an old pavilion is where I had to notch below penny and its where I found the silver. I will probably go back with my sniper coil. Two more wheats. 90ish coins for around 10 bucks.

If you know anything more about the pendant I'd like to know. There are a ton of witches in this village. Possibly related to that.

Nice. 2 silvers is a god day. Not sure about the pendant.

That looks like a common lion key chain fob. I doubt if it has any relationship with witches.

But then again, I am not a witch

I'll probably never catch you but I'm sure as heck gonna try!

The fob or pendant was on the thread that is above it in the picture. It was much longer but I broke it pulling it out of the ground. I looked to see if there was some type of clasp in the area but I found the knot where it was tied and the length leads me to believe it hung around someones neck. About 18 inches, give or take.
