Contest time on the forum. I've been in many contests that y'all have put on and decided it's time that I got off my butt and into the spirit. My contest is pretty simple. Sunday I went on a Relic Hunt with my buddy Mike, We hunted for about 6 hours and did a fair bit of walking in the hills. I have a pedometer and hooked it to my belt before starting. My contest is for the closest guess to how many steps I took in this Relic Hunt. I'll give a little bit of a clue to help out; the number is above 9,000 steps and under 16,000 steps, so guess accordingly.

Now for the rules:
1. Since we are a pretty close nit group and I'd like to see one of our own win, this contest is limited to people who regularly post on the Friends and Finds Forum, YOU MUST HAVE POSTED ON THE FRIENDS AND FINDS FORUM AT LEAST 5 TIMES WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS AT THE START OF THIS CONTEST TO BE ELIGIBLE TO WIN. I believe this is more than fair and I will check, so if you don't meet this requirement your guess won't be counted.
2. All guesses must be in the subject line, That makes it easier to find the winner.
3. Contest will end Wednesday Night November 5th. At 11:00 PM to give everyone a chance to guess, I hope this will give the DIV guys a chance to get their guess in.
4. One guess per member, If you guess more than once only your first guess will count.
5. Closest guess wins either under or above, this ain't the price is Right where you can't go over.
6. In case of a tie, the earliest guess will win. That
