Thanks to all great teachers out there, for the past two months i got a pretty good education on the sovereign gt.
and got the ok from cfo and ordered it, it should arrive this friday so i can learn this great machine slowly that you expert guys have posted good things about the gt. i live one minute away from the beach which is about four miles long hopefully i will post good things. any beginners advise will be appreciated. thank you all.
PS: just because i mentioned findmall they gave me a one extra free gift.

If you have not ordered your copy of cjc's Sov/Excal book entitled, "Finding Gold, Silver and Coins with the Minelab Sovereign and Excaliber". Send cjc a PM and get a copy of that and really absorb it. You may need to read it a few times to get it to sink in, because there is so much information there. It will accelerate you past the learning curve much quicker, as opposed to the old fashioned way, like I had to do with the Excal. Good luck and enjoy! GH

my advice is to have fun, if you are having fun that means you will be detecting alot, and through that you will learn the machine. If you get any questions that come up then pop back and ask away. There are many great folks here and plenty of knowledge to go around ......welcome to the fourm.....
