Thumbtacks...

Really?

I have never once found a thumbtack. Whenever I have seen them laying on top of the ground, my machine just nulls over them.

What kind of thumbtacks are you guys finding? Do you have any pics?

The little fuses fool me as an injun' almost every time.

Tennis shoe eylets are also a pain in my side as a silver hits when they're deep:stars:

Thumbtacks, little fuses and those round washers that are used on spark plugs
will drive a person nuts when they are deep. They sound real sweet.

I guess I have the only machine that sounds like silver with a deep rusty nail or wire, I had that twice last week, then got a 00-25 and really nice sound to it dug it and about 8 inches was a 1938 penny. Still no old. But I will take the old Wheaties.
