I mainly relic hunt. Using advanced mode. sen. @24, gain 7, variablity 10, iron mask@15, ferrous sounds, audio 2, recovery deep. I'm running my threshould @3. A friend stated to turn the threshold all the way down so the machine is silent. Has anyone tried this?
 
I havent, you say your threshold is at 3? I lose audible threshold at 6 on mine
