Went out for a bit today at the local park and got a few goodys. The buffalo was at about 9 inches and the wheat at about 7 and a half. The football hit on a solid 8 and it came out really shiny like silver but it is really heavy. No markings. Has enameled brown paint on it....

I wish I had got out today. Good going Doug. Any buffalo with a date is great. Rob

The buffalo comes in just like regular nickels.. from 19 to 21

Yeah..that's what I thought. My last two buffaloes came in at 19, and 17.. the 19 was at 5.5 inches, and the 17 was at 3 inches. I'm sure they always vary due to soil conditions. But that's why it keeps me interested, never the same thing all the time.
