I found these items in a camp that I was told was used by both sides, during the Maryland campaign. Just curious if any of the Minnie balls could be Confederate. Mainly the three o the right side. Thanks, and good luck.

Agreed. Sharps Variant bullets. Nice finds. Here in Missouri, the Confederates used the same ammo as the Union. No way to tell the difference.

Thanks Digger70pa. Yes not much left in that camp. But if there is anything at all we keep trying don't we. Lol. I hunt between Gettysburg and Antietam, I just got a sweet permission that was a hospital, so if the ground isn't frozen after the new year, I should have a good start to the year.
