I did go to the beach yesterday and caught low tide. Very windy and cold and the pickin's were slim at best since it's just so sanded in. Some clad, some trash, a junk toe ring, and a very runny nose; that's about it
BTW, I'm through with sealing my coil cover with silicone. Had to rip it off yesterday because the machine was going nuts. I think if I just hunted dirt it would be OK to use, but not for saltwater beaches. Time to buy the epoxy and coat the bottom of it... Max on the beach forum sent me pics on how he went about it.
