the appraiser came by to check our house. Assuming he writes a good report the next step will be the closing and then once we get the cash in hand we run up north to do the closing on the place in Houghton Lake.

So asking for agreement that the appraisal is going to be approved and we can move on to the next hurdle in our race. Thanks everyone.
