Those screaming liberals here in CA did it again

They did a study and found out that only 20% of illegal mexican families in CA are on the food stamp program.

Turns out that the male mexican head of household is too "macho" to accept that kind of welfare. (most are very hard workers)

So what does California do? They came up with a class and called it "FOOD STAMPS IN FOUR HOURS" It convinces the attendees that food stamps are not really welfare and that it is something they are entitled to.

Help, stop the world, I want to get off.

We do need to draw the line. Natural resources are precious and a larger population creates a larger demand on our natural resources. If we create all these programs benefitting illegals well they'll come in droves. I am a student with a mortgage trying to make it work on the G.I. Bill, I don't want to have to be taxed for someone else, or watch a once beautiful forest cut down for more condo communities.

hard workers are always only mexican, that is total bull $hit and I know that for a fact because I grew up there and worked right along side of these so called hard workers, it is bull $hit folks and don't you fall for that line anymore

The farm owner's that hire these people are not your Mom and Pop farm, they are farms and fields that are own by the Major food growers in America that put everything you eat and drink on your table. They don't pay fair wages for the work done and that is why for the most part Americans don't pick grapes for a living but at the same time these Major Companys are making a killing at the store where you and I buy our food and drink, it's a flat out shame.

I get sick of hearing how mexicans work harder then Americans, the fact is the American growers pay dirt cheap for labor to pick their grapes and you can't make a living on that pay, thats why Americans don't do those jobs. But we always here how the mexican worker is a harder worker then Americans and I'm here to tell ya that is flat out bull $hit!

Hang in there Dan, but if I were you, I would get out of that Mexican Country called California and the sooner the better

aaand I'll tell you my buddy and I worked the pants off them doing treework. They know how to look like they're working. The bad part is I have started to see a lot of illegal immigrants in the East, in NY and CT, and they are getting into masonry , landscaping, painting etc. With the cost of living and running a small business being high, many small time outfits are giving them work too. We live in the land of oppurtunities but the oppurtunities for making decent money laboring and finding decent pay without a B.A. degree are getting scarce.

Back during the great depression, President Herbert Hoover ordered the deportation of all illegal aliens in order to make the jobs available to American citizens
that desperately needed work.

And then again in 1954, President Dwight Eisenhower deported 1.3 million Mexican nationals (called operation "Wetback") in order that returning American
WWII and Korean veterans had a better chance at jobs. It took 2 years, but they
deported them. If they could deport the illegal's back then, they can sure do it today!!
