Gonzales,La. is the Jambalaya Capital of the world.The Jambalaya Assciation dose business with us and in turn we volunteer some time with them at the 4 day Festival.They had 114 cooks trying to be the champ of jambalaya cooking.The cook wins $3500 and get to go to Washington DC and cook at the White House for the Preident.It's a big thing here.I took a few pidture's
