Tried to do as you said Jack and hunt only qtrs once. I screwed up and found 4 non qtrs, One was a Susan B. Anthony dollar though; 2 were pennies; and 1 was a nickel. My new personal best. 50 qtrs for one hunt. I had hit the 46 mark on 3 different occassions.HH

i think my record is only 16 or 18...I only hunt for about 2 hours at a time though...
