This One Gave Me a Butt Pucker Factor of 12 (Equivalent of 50 Nitros)

Hit the Oceanfront today at 12n for the 2pm low tide. Ran into Sarge and some other faces I was not familiar with. No one was getting anything. I understand the Ohio Boys cleaned our clocks (and the beach) of at least 18 rings. They are now going to have to pay a Duty if they want to come back here.

Anyway, after walking an hour with not even a beep, I get this faint target and out pops this diamond ring (or so I think). Looks like 12k white gold in the scoop. I pick it up, turn it over in the bright sun and just about fainted.

I go up to the damp sand, take a close look and see the dreaded numbers 925. Yup. Darn thing is silver with CZs. At least it was a ring though and it isn't that bad looking for junk.

Oughta be illegal to wear these phonies on our beaches.

That really is a beautiful designed ring - sorry to hear that it's not what it appears to be but it's still beautiful.
