Found this little treasure in the lake today, at an undisclosed location. It's a little rough, but I'll take a silver half dollar any day! I saw someones holes there. I guess they missed this one. Found it before 7am. Go get you some!

Finding silver like this, I would keep it undisclosed too :) Congrats on the nice Walking Liberty

Good hunting there msareborn! Those Walking Liberty Halves are few and far between. Best of luck and...

Happy Hunting!
Blind Squirrel

Congratulations on the Walker. ...my first silver of 2016 was a '39 Walker

Thanks JNIMONS, congratulations to you and your 39 walker! Looks like were both starting out on the "right foot, walking".

One of my long Bucket list. Maybe this year!!! Going to be a Great Year!!!!! I've been getting permissions while the ground is too stiff to dig!!! Getting Excited!

Thanks for all the congrats guys, I've been using my Fisher 1280X Aquanaut for my lake digging, along with my new 920i stealth scoop from Sunspot. I have the new carbon handle on the way. I run it hot with low disc. 2 volume, 8 sensitivity, and 2 discrimination. Had to hike to get this one. Sometimes it's worth the extra effort to go where other detectors won't. But the swimmers will, and so will I. Go get you some1

Good find, congrats!!
this silver coin is also my favorite. I have one that appeared in my sock Santa Claus ... Lol, here in Spain are lost very few of these.
