Have just found out my 5th article has been published in Aprils issue of Lost Treasure, called Scarlet and Gold. Haven't received my copy yet, has anyone had a chance to see it?? Being in Canada we usually don't get it until about the 7-8th of the month. Its a little Relic hunting mixed with a history of the NWMP (mounties).

I don't get "Lost" magazine myself....but sometimes check it out on the newstand. I'll have to get one this month. Thanks for letting us know. Bill

Looked for it yesterday and found the W.ET best finds issue, so enjoyed that too, wow nice large penny with the Reverse image, don't remember seeing that, what was the story behind it? When , Where?
Poster Boy sure walks the walk!! Great find.

Yea, I'm surprised you never saw that, because I'm sure the rest of the forum is sick of seeing it (I've posted it several times). It's unfortunate the full story about finding it did not make that issue It says it will appear in an "upcoming issue"....hopefully that means next month. (I liked it better when they had all the best find stories in the same issue). But, to make a long story short, I found it at "hunted out" homesite on New Years day 2004. My Coin$trike signal & first hole dug in 2004, turned out to be my best coin find of the whole year It was in the same hole as a button in a dirt pile. They sent me 3 extra copies because of the best finds thing & the idiot postman decided to leave 'em on my front steps in the pouring rain! Oh well, at least I got a dry copy from the newstand already....

Don't know where my copy is?

but the pages are all stuck together Maybe they are running way behind, & we are all due to still get the subscription one that comes in the plastic bag hopefully? Don got photo credits for the awesome half disme, and I guess I should really be flattered that my brockage made the cover & a disme didn't?? I would think THAT "chunk 0' change" disme should have been the entire cover! It's not like they are dug all the time
