I love finding golg rings,I look with a cz3d and a 1266x most of the time.on the 3d i would say all of the small 14k rings fall in the foil id.What i would like to know, would a cz70 have any advantage over the cz3d because you can notch thanks.
 
Hi Bill,

Are you trying to notch out everything but foil to find only small/thin gold rings, or trying to notch out bothersome targets like tabs and find all types and sizes of gold.

I like notching because it lets me focus on a particular range OR silence a range I don't want to hear.

If you're foil hunting it sure makes it nice not to have to hear the other tones.
