6 hours of hunting and not much to show for it. No rings, just trash.
I went to the dirt roads again. One man talked to me for an hour and tried to give me some leads. A good lead would be me Mding his 1884 house. He has dirt roads on two sides of his house.

This is a back view.

I think the people in that town are starting to get to know me. 5 people talked to me today. Other's waved and a cop came by about 3 times.

I told one couple about the copper turtle I found 2 weeks ago. The lady went to her house and brought out one just like it. She said her son made 3 of them and her granddaughter lost the smaller one. I told her I would give it back to her now that I know who the owner is. She was very grateful. I hope grateful enough to let me MD her house.

One wheat. It was a perfect morning to go to the beach. It was 80 deg. and the tide was low. But, I didn't have an Infinium.

I got the grass mowed today. At least you snow birds don't have to mow grass in January!

Tell your friend that he has a beautiful home. Be patient the rings will come sooner or later. There are no beaches where i live and I found about a dozen rings last year.
Your Friend,
John D.
