The Corpsman does deserve all the "thanks" possible and does indeed deserve to be called a hero on the battle field...they are good folks. Royal, thanks for posting this story poem. Please have a great day! Kelley (Texas) :)

Having worn the medical caduceus while in the Navy, I NEVER had to buy a drink when a Marine was around.

Back in "them drankin' days" that was quite a benefit.

Now, it just makes me proud to have served with 'em. <><
