This is pitiful. Those dang fools down there ought to be shot just for being stupid
 
But I fail to understand why people did not leave. They had ample warning.

but it seems stupid to keep making the same mistakes.i know parts of boston are sitting on fill material that expanded the size of the city,mainly on the water front i think and it was done with wagons and draft animals.

somebody's going to have to make some tough decisions someday.half the population of the new orleans city proper are living in texas.
 
Millions got out but the stupid or unable are the ones that are being rescued.

I really get upset about the assisted living home or maybe it is homes, that lost all their people because they were not evacuated. The administrators of the home should be charged with murder in my view. There was plenty of time to get them out.
