By looking at your link,
It look like an email inbox link which is your private email account and you are the only person whom could access it. That is why nobody else could access the page via the link you provided.

So it could be one of the two thing.

The questions and answers were sent to you via email by someone else and your thinking that you could paste a link directly to that email that was sent to you. This will not work since your the only person who have the authorization to access your own email inbox. So the work around to this is to highlight everything in that email body and paste it in the post box to post it on the forum.

or

The questions and answers are on an another website and you received a link in your email directing you to the website with the questions and answers but clicking on the link inside your email which causes Yahoo to open it in a special browser which link you to the website but Yahoo did not use the original link instead that was in your email instead Yahoo use it own special link to link between your email and the website with questions and answers. The work around is to highlight the link in your email and paste it on the post box to post it on the forum.

I hope my explaination helped however I know it may read glibbish to you but I try my best to make it simple as I can.
