I have read posts from the last 80 pages of this forum so far and will continue until I read all that I see interesting until all 370 or so are read.

My 2500 has always falsed a lot. Today I ran the coil cable straight up the shaft for the first time and lowered the sensitivity some. I had the quietest hunt. Even when I hit a twig or the end of my foot, it did not sound off. Not even at the end of my sweep. Thanks to all.
 
Just think before the internet you really had to learn all that crap on your own. Now new guys come out of the shoot with hundreds of years of experience. Well you know what I mean. Dig it up man!
 
Yeah... once in a while this bunch hits a good lick!
