This earring dazzled in the sunlight...but it ended there....

Hunted for a couple of hours at low tide this morning; found $3.11 in clads, and this pretty earring ...which although looking good, tested negative with silver acid tester..

I'm thinkin'' "Contest" on this one

Nice looking bling, Lorraine, and sorry it isn't the real thing.....sure looks pretty though! Just like glass and fools gold trying to fool us into believing it is real diamonds, silver and/or gold! I'd test the stones, if diamond then test fitting for platinum. Most nice earings are made from non corrosive metals.(gold white or yellow sterling silver and occasionally platinum). silver will tarnish with exposure to salt and or water .
